Carne asada, al pastor, and citrus chicken tacos; cebollitas, salsa verde, charro beans.
Our kitchen
Desert roots.
Open-fire soul.
Casa Cobre is a love letter to the food shared across the El Paso borderland. Our fictional kitchen starts with chiles toasted on the comal, salsas made each morning, and corn tortillas pressed to order.
The menu moves between familiar comfort and a little surprise—always generous, never fussy, and best enjoyed with a table full of friends.
